The Ritz inaugurates a new bar with 12 zodiac-inspired cocktails
For its new bar, the Ritz offers a menu of explosive cocktails inspired by the signs of the zodiac.

At the Ritz Bar, the experience begins at 5:30 p.m. according to a codified ritual: the raising of an imposing chiseled brass bell adorned with a map of the sky, whose brilliance then projects its reflections on the ceiling to reveal a central bar. A tribute to the Belle Époque, a period focused on the divinatory arts, during which the famous Parisian palace was inaugurated, this new Ritz Bar offers, in a hushed atmosphere, refined cocktails developed according to the qualities attributed to the twelve signs of the zodiac, and reserved for a limited number of 36 guests. Le Lion Flamboyant mixes white rums with citron, vanilla and saffron; the Impetuous Ram is a bright red juice where barley brandy, port and red plum meet; as for the Erotic Scorpio, it mixes muscat, champagne and fig leaf. Delicious tapas such as a truffle croque-monsieur, four mocktails as well as a wide selection of liqueurs and spirits are also on offer.
