The Koché Spring-Summer 2022 show
After a Koché Fall-Winter 2021-2022 collection marked by renewal, including this image of the Phoenix rising from the ashes, Christelle Kocher presents a Spring-Summer 2022 show under the sign of craftsmanship and refinement. Available in pastel shades, this collection inspired by the 30s, gives pride of place to silk organza, all-over sequins, hand-embroidered crystal beads and feathers or monograms while graphic patterns are applied to lace in a very particular and artisanal technique of aerosol can. “In fashion, the work of the hand is what makes a garment exceptional: the irreplaceable human touch that gives the magic. I would like everyone to have the chance to see the workshop: the subtle choreography of the hands while sewing, draping, retouching, embellishing… It’s exciting and so moving,” confides the designer. More than ever, Koché transposes couture luxury into the everyday wardrobe.
